Thank you for your purchase, we appreciate your investment in our designs, your satisfaction is paramount to us. Our goal is to be part of your daily wear favorites.

Each piece of jewelry in our collection is designed and executed by hand with you in mind. We practice strict quality control with great attention to detail to ensure years of worry free wear.

We stand by our work and are happy to accommodate repairs as needed. We will contact you with a quote before any work is begun. We cannot accept jewelry that has been altered by another jeweler due to varying practices and skill levels.  All of our jewelry is copyrighted and may not be duplicated . 

As our jewelry is made to order we can not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

There are no returns or exchanges on custom orders. All Love Letters are custom orders as they are hand engraved as per order.

Every effort will be made to meet your requests. Please advise if you need by a specific date.

Bespoke 

We are happy to accommodate special requests, custom engraving, changing  chain length, etc. There is an added cost for additional chain length. As the cost of gold fluctuates so may our chain price without formal notification.

We love to partner with you to redesign outdated and/or heirloom jewelry that simply sits in a drawer because it doesn’t feel like you.  Love and miss Mom, but not her style...

Additionally, we are happy to incorporate your personal gemstones into your new jewelry. 

Wear and Care

Your jewelry should be loved and worn everyday but can get dirty due to exposure to cosmetic products, lotions and sunscreen. 

We recommend cleaning in warm water with mild soap and a soft toothbrush or soft cloth depending. 

Metal finishes change with normal wear, satin and textured finishes smooth/polish and polishes dull down. Contact with perfumes, high levels of chlorine (hot tubes and some pools)or other factors my cause your jewelry to tarnish.

Should you wish to have your jewelry refinished/polished and cleaned we are happy to use our best efforts to return them to "new". 

Returns and Exchanges

A refund is available for non-altered or personalized stock items within (3)days of receiving.Please return the jewelry in the same packaging it was received in.

Any returns outside of (3)days will be subject to a restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are responsibility of the sender.

Refunds will be processed no longer that (14)business days after receiving item back and credited back to the same method of payment used at purchase.

Shipping

We use UPS, FedEx and USPS to ship. Please let us know if you have a preference or if one is better for your address.

USPS 1st Class mail is included with your purchase.

Cost of 2nd day business is $30 and Overnight shipping is $60. 

All options offer indirect or direct signature required are fully insured with a tracking number. Please inform us if you need shipping to a PO Box .

For peace of mind

Always insure your jewelry.  We are not responsible for replacement cost if a stone is lost or damaged. We recommend you insure your jewelry for peace of mind.

Sourcing 

All of our diamonds are ethically sourced and adhere to the guidelines established by the Kimberley Process Certification.

Price fluctuation 

Gold prices fluctuate daily due to the constantly changing gold market. We make every effort to keep our pricing the same as listed on our website however there may be instances where prices change without notice.

Gift certificates 

Gift cards are available for purchase and will not expire.

We will be happy to be the messenger for your gift. Please email us your sentiments and we will convey them in a handwritten card.
