Returns and Exchanges

As each piece is custom made we do not accept returns. Please notify us ASAP should your piece not arrive in perfect condition

We offer exchange for credit that will not expire

Please return in the same packaging you received it in.

Any returns outside of that time frame are subject to a restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are your responsibility .

Refunds are processed in 14 business days and credited back to the same method of payment used at purchase.
